OK, maybe not *ever,* but it was still a pretty great evening.

The Great Lakes Folk Festival started this evening, and since we're so close to downtown East Lansing, Drew and I wandered around and made the most of it. They've been setting up the stages and some tents for a couple of days now and we checked them out walking home yesterday. ( Read more... )

Lake Superior is evaporating.

The Southwest is on its way to becoming a dust bowl.

We can change our lifestyles by choice, or we can change them out of a need for survival. Either way, something is going to change.
